- Drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including website, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing & social media, organic and paid campaigns.
- Designing digital and social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Implementing and monitoring digital and social media campaigns by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance.
- In collaboration with the creative team, provide direction/brief to create interesting and relevant content for social media, company blogs, company website, and any other digital platforms in line with the organization’s overall brand and communication strategy.
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations, as well as BAU and paid campaign budgets and schedules.
- Coordinating with agency partners to brief and monitor to improve digital marketing results.
