We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager for their growing team in Indonesia.
Job Requirements
- Inline with the company’s growth strategy, plan and lead a high-performing procurement team.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize procurement processes.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors that align with the company's quality and cost requirements. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
- Implement efficient procurement processes and procedures inline with the standard procurement procedure and processes. Establish procurement guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional heads and senior management, to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support effective procurement practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English, Excellent Level
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a leadership role more than 7 years
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software SAP MM module and MS Office
