- Provide turndown service and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Restock and maintain supplies and amenities in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety and security protocols
- Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or VIP setting
- Island working Experience is needed
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
