We have an immediate 12 month contract opportunity available for a Project Director to join our clients Ubadari Project (BP), based in the West Papua Province.
Project Scope: Civil works for site preparation and infrastructure development; Road access construction works including haulage road from offloading facilities; Design and rebuild of temporary facilities (camp capacity of 3,500 people, repair of installed public facilities)
Your focus will be to:
Plan, direct and control all aspects of the Project in accordance with Company Policy and procedures to maximise EBT achieved, whilst ensuring all contract requirements are well delivered and in compliance with HSE and CSR policies.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and synergize all projects' department to contribute to and align with project's productivity goals
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget
- Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Lead the implementation of project improvement to support operations and achieve EBT target
- Build a good relationship with the client throughout the entire project by keeping close communication with the client
