As a F&B Enthusiast, you will take ownership of the exceptional services that deliver to our guest, ensuring that our guests are provided with a delicacy food & beverage represent of Novotel Bandung, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
- Deliver F&B services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Clean & Maintain all Equipment within the Restaurant & Bar area.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Take ownership of cleanliness area, guests’ privacy, belongings and security, while ensuring exceptional service.
