What will you do but not limited to:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and sales support activities.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide support in organizing sales events, meetings, and training.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, strategies, and initiatives to drive business growth and maximize sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role, candidate who plays online games (i.e. Mobile legend, Free Fire, etc.) will be a plus point
- Has knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other sales tools/software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
