What you will do but not limited to:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end sourcing/ procurement for our Digital Food Ecosystem (DFE) i.e poultry, grain, palm sugar and upcoming commodities including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
- If required, conduct survey to specific site to conduct partner and/or commodities evaluation based on predefined parameter. Conduct analysis and reporting to management based on site survey activity;
- Support end-to-end sourcing/procurement activities in INDICO other than supporting DFE which include Digital Goods, operational sourcing (marketing, consultancy, technology, and others);
- Develop and implement sourcing/procurement strategies, policies, and other potential improvement to drive cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness related sourcing activities in INDICO from time-to-time;
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement;
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of procurement activities;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in supplier selection and evaluation;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies to mitigate risk;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management;
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or any related field.
- Candidate with strong knowledge of Agriculture industry will be a plus point
- Has minimum 1 year experience in Agribusiness sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong in vendor management, contract management, and resource management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
