INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel’s digital assets and capabilities to create cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy.

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define target market, calculate, Develop, and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Ensure marketing strategy are achieved.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales tools and make improvements as needed.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with other team to ensure the product flow is following the deadline, provide customer insights, and influence product development
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in education.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good business mindset
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) is preferable
  • From startup is preferable
