- Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms via respective enablers, for Bosch Home official stores including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities
- Manage customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner i.e., via creating appropriate chat responses for enablers or other form of communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to manage ecommerce platform
- Work with sales administration/ operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction
- Serve as the lead contact with e-Commerce platforms
- Work with content teams of enablers and internal marketing team to setup product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with the brand’s marketing and sales promotion plans
- Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions for all e-Commerce platforms.
- Monitor competitors, products, market pricing and customer feedback and recommend improvement
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
- Support to generate reports for analysis and insights on promotion and campaign performances
- Analyze and identify trends across the online customer shopping journey, provide insights & recommendations to drive additional traffics, and thus promote the sales.
- Analyze online sales performance on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of monthly sales target.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and analyze competitors’ activations and promotions at online and offline channels.
- Management & training of e-Commerce enabler/ reseller in (content management, order fulfillment, customer service, campaign design marketing and e-Commerce maintenance).
