Network Surveillance & Monitoring Lead

Job Description :

1. Ensuring readiness of Network Monitoring Infrastructure

• Oversee the implementation and operation of network monitoring tools, systems, and platforms to continuously monitor the performance and health of the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and other network devices

• Involved in developing and maintaining monitoring policies, thresholds, and alerts to detect anomalies, deviations, and potential issues in network performance, traffic patterns, and security events
• Perform alerting mechanisms to notify relevant stakeholders and trigger incident response processes

• Coordinate incident response efforts in collaboration with incident management teams to investigate and resolve network incidents, service disruptions, and security breaches
• Establish protocols/processes for incident escalation, communication, and documentation to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on service delivery.

• Monitoring maintenance activities, such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes, to optimize network performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement recommendations for network enhancements and upgrades

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, engineering teams, operations teams, and customer support teams, to align network surveillance and monitoring activities with business goals and priorities
• Identify opportunities for automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and increase operational efficiency

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
2. Minimun 8 years of experience in network surveillance, monitoring, or operations roles within the telecommunications or IT industry
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
4. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
5. Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
