Objective
To lead and grow MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business and strengthen brand presence with effective strategies and implementation that fits to brand DNA and values
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for OMNI channel retail analysis dashboard and monitoring of Sales Performance data, provide monthly, quarterly an annual report
- Responsible managing stock assurance / replenishment all channel, product forecast and manage overall channel per DOI guidelines
- Identify and actively share valuable insights from retail data analysis across each channel to improve overall retail productivity by channel and defend Brand position in the market
- Support Retail Operational Audit Excellence, review and evaluate SOP implementation in store through CRM database and store audit together with RETAIL ops team
- Lead and closely monitor the implementation of all E-Commerce / digital projects including sales target, activation, promotional and performance
- Managing retailer relationship, conducting regular business Review with assigned retailer partners, and provide opportunity to grow store performance
- Work closely with all functions to manage NPD /campaign roll out in timely manner and actively assist trade promo implementation to boost brand growth and performance
