Responsibilities
- Developing a Comprehensive & Structured Learning Program for Head Office Employees, especially for the Tech & Product Team
- Developing Curriculum & Learning Module
- Developing a Reinforcement Program to ensure a learning program can impact performance
- Good knowledge in Instructional design
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
The qualifications that you must have
- Experience 2-5 years in the Technology Company
- Have a Portfolio of modules/project
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English would be a plus point
- Willingness to take initiative and fast-learner
- Communicative and enjoys working in teams
