Job Description
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement.
- Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
