- Maintain regular contact with clients – build good relationship with Clients
- Lead effective meetings/ conversation
- Thorough knowledge of client’s business, competitors, and market insights
- Development of all major and new campaign briefs
- Recommend appropriate research as required
- Brief respective teams on campaigns (e.g. Creative, Strategy Planning, Social Media, Content Strategy & etc.) to brainstorm on ideas and ensuring all deliverables are met
- Prepare strategies for selling creative work to clients ensuring creative is on strategy and within budget
- Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications
- Creative work confirms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards
- Preparation and monitoring of annual financial plan – work closely with Business Director to prepare, understand & drive revenue
- Working knowledge of client contracts
- Approval/ Sign-off of relevant financial related documentation (JCRs, production estimates etc)
- Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliations for media/ production
- Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts
- Record and maintain detailed manhours on all tasks
- Work trafficked in an effective manner – to ensure all projects deliverables are met
- Assist Business Director to manage and run team operations - adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure team members have a clear understanding of job requirements
- Team meetings held on a regular basis – to manage or stir projects in a correct direction/iron out issues to ensure project run as seamless as possible
- Mentoring & grooming of junior team members
