- Organize and deliver training all New Hires and prepare them for production
- Develop, facilitate and complete training needs and refresh training plan at QA team level, on assigned services or studios
- Create training content based on available resources - constantly be up to date according to needs; upload all content in Learning Platform
- Provide monthly and quarterly Training activity report to Managers at Service and BU level
- Test all team for tech knowledge on assigned service/studio
