Objective
To accelerate MAKE UP FOR EVER business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channel with effective strategies and implementation with right criteria to fit with our brand DNA and values.
In this position, the candidate will be involved in planning marketing strategies (product and PR) and implement good execution that helps to translate into sales. The candidate need to have a min. 2-3 years of experience in marketing scope and strong analytical in product performance – data management. A passion for beauty industry and excellent communication skills that fit to represent our brand positioning and DNA.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, digital) to build MAKE UP FOR EVER brand desirability & strengthen positioning in Indonesia. Create awareness of the brand & build customer engagement that translated into Sales – business growth.
You will closely work with Regional team for marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business review, sales & campaign performance reports
Products:
- Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) – forecasting from SG to ID based on assortment planning, store DOI and demand from retailers with clear product analysis vs demand/stock.
- Inventory management for healthy stocks and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
- Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign. Do active monitor & tracking, give recommendation to manager and team regarding action plan on trade mechanics
- Good knowledge & actively alert with Beauty market – competitors – trend with good insights – recommendations for brand communication / key focus products action plan
- On time preparation and execution for all trade related, liaise with other team on the implementation (POP, Voucher, and other visuals) with quality / standard of premium brand
- Support cross function departments for product queries
PR - Digital:
- Work closely with in-house & external agencies to translate / apply brand visual – assets towards tactical, with good eyes & detail on visual and brand premium positioning.
- Source Marketing opportunities through partnership with external parties & build relationship (Mall, Retailers, other brands)
- Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google with agencies. Analyse report provided by Agency and summarized the key metrics result into internal marketing report data
- Conduct market research, competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads link for products
- Knowledge in organising Marketing & PR Event (in-store gathering, Product Launching, KOL/MUA gathering, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximise visibility & create impactful result
- Create post mortem reports on every Marketing activations with clear KPI result and qualitative insights to be presented to Internal & Regional team (PR Events, Make up workshop, and other activations)
- Build & maintain good relationship with KOL & Celebrity MUAs, able to represent the brand in all professional events/brand engagement with external parties
- Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
- Actively update and expand the knowledge within PR & Digital environment. Initiate valuable insights that will help to further expand brand business and growth
