Purchasing Officer - Corporate Office

Job responsibilities:

  • Source and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery times and order status.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and agreements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient communication.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
