Job responsibilities:
- Source and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations.
- Create and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery times and order status.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and agreements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient communication.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
