The Sourcing Analyst (“Buyer”) is responsible for managing the sourcing process for both IT and non-IT needs. The role involves overseeing the entire Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, as well as vendor and contract management, to support the operational needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs to develop specific supply channels for particular commodities, assisting in annual budget planning and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct expense analysis to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve vendor collaboration.
- Perform market research and analysis, including Requests for Information (RFI).
- Plan, implement, and report on savings and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage vendor relations, including onboarding, performance assessment, risk mitigation, financial sustainability, and addressing failures to meet contract requirements.
- Initiate, prepare, and conduct RFx/Tender processes, including leading communication and managing vendors during these processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of contract management to meet user and regulatory needs.
- Proactively liaise with users on current and upcoming projects to identify better savings opportunities.
- Minimum of a Diploma 3 in any major.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Procurement/Sourcing Analyst.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to understand and analyze stakeholder needs and provide effective solutions.
