- Roll-out MM template for customers.
- Implement new business change request based on current solutions.
- Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects.
- Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively.
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.
- Perform system configuration, functional test, SIT, UAT support, go-live and post go-live support.
- Create functional specification and work with technical team for change requests.
