- Prepare monthly budget requests for orders, events, and timeline planning, while coordinating with teachers
- Manage inventory of learning materials, including Montessori materials
- Conduct regular maintenance and checks of the stockroom
- Participate in meetings with parents for Parent Volunteers and after-school activities
- Act as the point of contact for the Parents Community Program, overseeing Class Parents, Parent Volunteers, and collaborating closely with Admissions
- Assist teachers in organizing and recruiting volunteers and speakers
- Support staff in communicating sensitive issues to parents
- Serve as a classroom substitute when needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as compiling lesson plans and reports
- Organize engaging events and collaborate with other departments
- Provide essential support to the leadership team
