Manage and lead a team in execution of routine inspections, rectification of general buildings defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs. ·
Conduct facilities assessment and suggest recommendations for upgrading works. ·
Ensure high standard of work and strict adherence to EHS policy ·
Responsible for the management of facilities, mechanical and electrical services, and non-clinical equipment
Responsible for the management of the constructions of new building and maintenance of existing structures
Monitor and investigate feedbacks and implement appropriate mitigating measures. ·
Conduct environmental audit and proactively highlight any potential issues. ·
Other relevant duties as assigned.
