1. Supervising the operational activities of the telesales team and ensuring target achievements.
2. Assisting the Head of Sales in preparing reports and lists required by management.
3. Ensuring dicipline, productivity. and enhancing the quality of the telesales team.
4. Make inquiry to Merchandiser team for product requests currently not available
5. Handling escalation from the telesales team for unresolved issues.
6. Planning telesales team activities, distributing lead proportionally, including participating in join calls to support the team.
7. Providing coaching, training and evaluations the team members.
8. Coordinating with other departments to ensure all internal telesales activities are properly planned and managed.
