- Lead and develop the laboratory team.
- Maintain daily activities to achieve KPI's Laboratory Department.
- Manage the testing laboratory: color matching, fabric testing, and Lab Dip approval.
- Carry out any additional assignments as directed by manufacturing management.
- Resolve quality issues and offer advice to relevant departments.
- Maintain Laboratory's certifications.
- Improve production process based on lean manufacturing system.
