- Plan and organize all process activities in the Engineering Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
- Focus on management of engineering process.
- Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
- Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with engineering departement.
- Direct the daily activities of the engineering staff
- Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
- Budget and effectively control expenses of Engineering Department.
