We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team at AYANA Komodo resort, located in the stunning Komodo National Park in Indonesia. As an English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students from various backgrounds while enjoying the breathtaking natural beauty of the region.

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
  • Teach English language skills to students of different age groups and proficiency levels
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
  • Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and actively participate in professional development opportunities
Other Responsibilities
  • Participate in school events and activities
  • Communicate with parents and provide regular updates on student progress
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the English program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience
  • Native or near-native English fluency
  • Experience teaching English as a second language is preferred
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural environment
Other Information
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Contract Period: 1 year
