- Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within the sales team
- Design, prepare, and deliver training and development programs about sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and relationship management
- Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations for various training programs
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
- Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions
