Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, compliance with IFRS.
Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee and manage the overall financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports and tax reports.
Establish / Develop the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles complies with accounting and tax standards.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
