Technical Engineer – Customer Service provides maintenance & repair service and meet customer’s expectation level of service quality. He/she also is responsible for checking the qualities of products in the market and provide feedback for future product development.
- Provide repair and calibration service for products sold.
- Ensure efficiency and quality of repair service can meet targets.
- Follow SOP to record each incoming service demand in system properly.
- Comply with national law, state decrees, ethical compliance. (MFDS, Consumer Protection Act, Privacy Act, etc.)
- Identify and provide technical solutions for customers (i.e. hospitals, consumers, etc.)
- Give excellent after sales service
- Make report from daily activities to supervisor
1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Electromedical Engineering (preferable)
2. Prior knowledge and experience in handling low voltage electrical devices is an advantage
3. Having keen interest in handling low voltage electrical devices and medical equipment (BPM, Nebulizer, etc.)
4. Excellent English skill (both oral and written) is an advantage. Proficient in electrical analysis techniques (low voltage)
