Job Description :
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments to optimize revenue performance.
- Set optimal pricing strategies based on market demand, historical data, and business objectives to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Lead and support ecommerce projects, such as website redesigns and platform migrations, from planning to execution to post-launch evaluation
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Regularly review and adjust pricing, inventory availability, property details, and system details in all distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct bookings, PMS, and corporate partnerships
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue management best practices.
- Creates quotations and offers to fulfill customer needs and coordinates requests with other departments as necessary.
- Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
