People Service & General Affair Associate

Are you passionate about technology and streamlining HR processes? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as aPeople Service & General Affair Associate to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a People Service & General Affair Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks, including HRIS, onboarding and offboarding administration, benefits administration, GA supervision, and others.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Configure workflows and data fields within the HRIS to automate HR processes.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee office management aspects such as supplies and stationery.
  • Maintain and upkeep office assets, Manage business travel and accommodations, process vendor payments and invoices  with the General Affair Officer.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, such as reference letters, employment certificates, and other documents related to employment.
  • Provide administrative support for various other HR tasks.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or General Affair, with some experience using HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and systems configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong time management skills.
