As a People Service & General Affair Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks, including HRIS, onboarding and offboarding administration, benefits administration, GA supervision, and others.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Configure workflows and data fields within the HRIS to automate HR processes.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Oversee office management aspects such as supplies and stationery.
- Maintain and upkeep office assets, Manage business travel and accommodations, process vendor payments and invoices with the General Affair Officer.
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as reference letters, employment certificates, and other documents related to employment.
- Provide administrative support for various other HR tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in HR or General Affair, with some experience using HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and systems configuration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong time management skills.
