As a Digital Marketing at Amartha, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team, creative team, and other stakeholders to plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and persuasive digital content, including ad copy, landing pages, and email templates
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and propose new ideas and strategies to drive results
- Manage and maintain relationships with digital marketing vendors and partners
- Track and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial industry or fintech
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
