- Develop and execute social media strategy to enhance brand identity
- Manage multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create engaging and informative social media content, ensuring consistency and brand integrity
- Identify and engage with industry-specific KOLs to drive brand collaborations and partnerships
- Analyze and report on social media and KOL campaign performance to optimize future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to align social media and KOL initiatives with overall business goals
- Proven as a Social Media Manager or similar role at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
- A pro at navigating the evolving Indonesian influencer landscape and identifying the perfect KOL fit
- Have experience working in startups or marketing agencies
- Can rock a mean TikTok dance move (optional, but definitely impressive!)
- Able to use design & creative tools like Canva, Adobe
- Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to our diverse audience
- Familiarity with industry-specific KOLs and ability to establish and maintain relationships with them
- A creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral-worthy content that resonates with local audiences
