- Assist the property’s Banquet/ Catering in the property’s reactive and proactive sales efforts with focus on Social Events/Wedding and dry events with rooms below 8 per night.
- Contributes to achieving revenue goals and the financial performance of the Sales & Marketing department.
- Supports the administrative processes with the pre-events & post-events phases and assist during the events with consistent delivering high level of service.
- Ensure the team maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting all events.
