About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Duties and DelightsÂ
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Perform in-process and final inspections of construction materials and equipment
- Document and report any quality issues or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
