As a Legal Officer at AMODA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and providing legal support to the company. You will work closely with the Legal team to handle a wide range of legal matters and provide advice and guidance to various departments. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics to support business-driven legal decision making for Company;
- Provide timely legal advice on all business operations, products, and services;
- Provide timely updates and strategies for handling intellectual property, data, and employment issues;
- Review and update existing company policies to ensure they reflect current legal standards;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts execute by Company;
- Advises resolution of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters;
- Provide guidance and support towards other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Having an experience in reputable law firm would be preferable
