- Analyze ongoing and upcoming business process to ensure proper documentation are available
- Identify, develop, evaluate organization’s core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA)
- Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives
- Provide direction and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate (serves as backup PIC in case needed)
- Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error
