AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo Resort. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial goals, maintaining a strong accounting control environment, and implementing efficient financial processes. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with taxation requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4 or 5-star hotel is required. Exposure to SAP system and previous experience in a reputable accounting firm will be considered as an advantage.
