- Generate leads through outbound approaches (LinkedIn, cold email, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Identify clients’ pain points and goals, and customize proposals to meet their needs
- Communicate clients’ needs to internal stakeholders
- Present the company’s vision, mission, and product offerings to clients through online and offline meetings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to acquire leads
- Manage client data in a database based on deal stage and lifecycle
- Execute strategies and achieve OKRs defined by the leadership
- Create data-driven reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) explaining sales performance, key drivers, and future recommendations/action items
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably has experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
