MidPlaza Holding is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Staff to join our Corporate Office team as temporary position for maternity leave cover. As a Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to attract and select qualified candidates to meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Support all the related project in Human Capital Development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Prior experience or strong interest in recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Placement in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Willing to contract for 6 months.
