  • Responsible for the delivery of core & shell of the project with primary focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality and compliance.
  • Attend Site Inductions and share safety values

  • Daily site walks with focus on HRAs, and general safety
  • Set expectations for Safety Manager. Drive Safety Manager / GC for Compliance, and continual improvement
  • Monitor and Manage Safety-In-Design
  • Incident Reporting / RCA / Sharing
  • Support Executive site safety walks
  • Site Logistics Plan review
  • EHS Plan review
  • Review of HRA 3 Week Look-A-Head program
  • Ensure KPIs are being met
  • Manage site Tie-Ins
  • Monitor Energy Marshall activities
  • Single point of accountability for site safety
  • Milestone and Schedule Development
  • Schedule Health Checks
  • EVM Reporting
  • E2E Schedule Alignment
  • Risk Management Workshop / Logs / Resolutions
  • Craft / Procurement monitoring
  • Conduct daily site walks for progress validation
  • Monitor Permits being issued and Utilities being provided at site
  • Accountability for Schedule
  • Manage all PER’s, all Change Orders / attend weekly meeting
  • Assist Program Manager for Progress Billing Validation
  • Basis of Cost, Know Budget / Know KPIs
  • Assist with GMP Contract and Lump Sum Contract
  • Manage Cost Reporting
  • Review GC Procurement award process / attend vendor interviews
  • Accountability for budget
  • Participate in Design Reviews
  • Final project Sign-off to Operations
  • Review final project deliverables
  • Manage GC and 3rd Party Quality review, compliance, documentation
  • Monitor Snag List and remediations
  • Facilitate Data Center Lock-Down
  • Verify and track document delivery / control
  • Oversee preconstruction activities, prefabrication / off-site activities, GC QA & QC procedures and process
  • Coordinate with DCE for Periodic Sign-offs
  • Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications and standards
  • Attend project Weekly OAC meeting
  • Walk Site Daily for Quality / Standards / Compliance verification
  • Understand project goals / requirements
  • Maintain relationships with internal Partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team
  • Manage site access / photo access permissions with DCPS
  • Verify and monitor security compliance
  • Monitor and manage EEO / harassment, ‘Good Open Bid’ process, ABAC guidelines
  • Maintain appropriate change protocols / no ATFs
  • Verify accurate Billings / Execute
  • Follow vendor rules for procurement / payments / inclusions
  • Facilitate Risk Management workshop
