Over an immersive 12-month journey, you will undergo a dynamic training experience that cultivates high-performing, adaptable talents with a growth mindset, preparing you to become the future leaders of Tereos FKS Indonesia.

- ONBOARDING: Comprehensive in-house training to understand Tereos FKS Indonesia, including our principles, values, and business ethics.
- IMMERSION: All assigned candidates will be rotated every 3 months depending on the division you are assigned to.
- PLACEMENT: Placement in the selected area of assignment.
