  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand vision that aligns with AMODA's overall strategy and target audience, considering future business diversification.
  • Oversee all aspects of our creative direction for marketing materials, including logo design, brand messaging, visual identity, and the design of marketing collaterals (website, sales kit, catalog, social media graphics).
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Develop and implement a strategic manpower plan for the creative team, ensuring we have the necessary skills and resources to meet AMODA's growing needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in design, technology, and construction to ensure AMODA remains visually cutting-edge.
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers and videographers, to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Get insight on the effectiveness of creative campaigns and implement continuous improvement.
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the start up or agency environment.
  • ​​Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail. Self starter. A positive attitude and a collaborative personality.
  • Strategic mindset combined with creative problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, visual storytelling expertise, and a deep understanding of branding principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with a focus on creative copywriting.
  • Ability to work across various design disciplines, including graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Expert with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a must.
