- Assessing IP Core infrastructure capability
- Develop plan for improvement based on operation, data traffic engineering to improve service & customer experience
- Monitor operations and IP Core infrastructure and ISP Engineering
- Provides technical assistance to enterprise support team, network operation and other department teams
- Manage IP Core testing, security testing, and troubleshooting
- Implement security measures to protect the organization's IP core infrastructure and ISP services from unauthorized access and malicious attacks
- Initiate and perform project, implement technical standard
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic technology, network architecture, and infrastructure deployment, with 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical expertise in routing, switching, and IP addressing.
- Proficiency in networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and IPv6.
- Experience with configuring and managing ISP services, including broadband access, FTTH, HFC, fiber, and wireless technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are a plus
