Key Duties and Delights
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B tenants
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and standards to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Address customers inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and control expenses
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Report all activities, obstacles and performance of each tenant to the supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
- At least 2 years of experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the f&b tenant management or event industry
- Candidates should be under 40 years of age
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships in new environments.
- Strong managerial skill is a must
- Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented
