Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.

Business Plan Development:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans that outline the company's strategic direction, goals, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and feasibility of business plans.

Financial Projections:

  • Create detailed financial models and projections to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Strategy Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and business plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, adjusting plans as necessary.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and investors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and analysis to support decision-making.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as investors and partners.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and strategic improvements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in business planning, new market entry, financial analysis, market research, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a management & business consulting, startup or high-growth company
  • Excellent research skills, strong analytical abilities with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Project management experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
