- Develop comprehensive business plans that outline the company's strategic direction, goals, and action plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and feasibility of business plans.
Financial Projections:
- Create detailed financial models and projections to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Analyze financial data to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Strategy Execution:
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and business plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, adjusting plans as necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and investors.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research and analysis to support decision-making.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as investors and partners.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business planning processes.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and strategic improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in business planning, new market entry, financial analysis, market research, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a management & business consulting, startup or high-growth company
- Excellent research skills, strong analytical abilities with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
