What you will do, but not limited to:
- Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and deposit stickiness. Collaborating closely with the Product and Business team
- Managing overall marketing financial & budget projections in monthly basis
- Handle and coordinate all digital activation activities using social media ads platform
- Tracking and measuring all digital marketing metrics, generate performance marketing reports and deliver actionable insights from these reports for action plans
- Maintain rigor in analytical excellence in terms of data analytics, A/B test design, and appropriate statistical tests across the product funnel from acquisition, adoption, retention to monetization.
- Discover growth opportunities in the product from funnel conversion rates and user experience by exploring transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights.
- Strong knowledge to the Indonesian entertainment industry and IP business
- At least 5 years experiences in marketing project management, growth marketing, performance marketing or similar positions preferably from the gaming industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree is preferable
- Structured communications and experience in managing stakeholders both internally and externally
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving and project management skills
- Understanding of marketing financial planning/budgeting and social media advertising across major platforms
- Understand industry trends and able to evaluate opportunities for growth
