- Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the company policy and employment
- Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals
- Administer leave requests; check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy
- Advise people managers in handling special employee situations
- Support HR Manager in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations
- Support HR Manager in collecting data and documents for compliance
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding process
