About this role
Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern and help us find Indonesia's top talent! Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment.
What you will do :
Talent Acquisition and Coordination :
- Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Indonesia and making the first call with candidates.
- Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
Employer Branding :
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
- Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.
- Indonesian citizen (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willing to make cold calls and engage in frequent contact with candidates.
- Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Additional information :
- Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a min. duration of 6 months and able to start as soon as possible.
- The intern salary is Rp 3,500,000.
