- Carry out maintenance and project activities for mechanical, rotating, and static equipment properly, and handle ambient noise, B3, solid, and liquid waste in accordance with SOP, superior guidance, and standards/directions from the SHE team.
- Play an active role and inform superiors, GA, and managers if there are equipment, tools, licenses, and calibrations that are about to expire, both for the equipment and themselves.
- Carry out repairs, additional equipment installations, modifications, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Perform repairs and modifications according to fixed plans, and report any changes to the implementation of planning related to changes requested by the production team due to urgent or emergency conditions.
- Control the use of spare parts and report any usage/replacement.
- Continue/replace the work of absent colleagues in accordance with superiors’ instructions and applicable overtime/compensation procedures.
- Provide a report to superiors (direct communication) if there is a problem that cannot be resolved within a certain time limit for the shift, in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Control work health and safety principles during shifts.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area after making modifications or repairs to process machines, according to targets.
- Achieve targets according to quality objectives.
