1. Complete the handling of cases that occur based on claims from external parties or internal conflicts.
2. Resolving cases at the police, prosecutor's office and court levels, both criminal and civil cases.
3. Present as a representative of the company in invitations or summons for both litigation and non-litigation related to the handling of cases that occur
4. Carry out asset monitoring activities and coordinate and provide support with relevant departments to anticipate potential or handle legal problems that occur within the company.
5. Analyze and provide legal opinions on cases/problems that occur in the Company
6. Carrying out administrative duties in the Litigation Department.
